Game: Aion: Tower of Eternity
Legion: Princess
Introduction:

Welcome to Legion Princess. This is an Elyos, casual legion which is more of a social group that plays the game to have fun. If you are looking for a hardcore, end-game group, then this might not be the place for you. I expect to build a friendly community with minimal drama. Members are expected to be mature and to help each other improve. No one will be forced to join an event (events will be optional), but you will be missing out on the fun and loot if you decide to skip. A game is meant to be played for leisure and not some obligation or a job.

As a group, we will work to keep the members motivated in what we do and to do this, events will reflect the interest of the majority. The main purpose of this legion is to make a small group of friends that will progress through the game successfully and make it to the top. You may choose to go hardcore or casual; you are free to play however you want. However, cooperation and teamwork is expected when participating in events. Aion is a great game, so we want you to enjoy it and have fun.

============

Recruitment:

Recruitment is very strict and only a select few will be allowed to join our ranks. The number of members will be kept at a minimum. This is not a hard-core, elitist group. Everyone here is on the game to have fun and play the game the way they choose. Both hard-core pvp players and casual gamers are welcome.

Everyone is expected to act mature and to respect each other. Most important of all, you are expected to have fun and enjoy the game!

Rules:

Respect your fellow members. No one is perfect. We are all going to make mistakes. Address these issues in a mature and appropriate manner. Inflammatory language and complaints will not be tolerated. Do not just complain. Bring up the issue and explain the situation. Give out helpful suggestions that will help improve performance. Excessive whining and complaining are just wasting energy; they will not get us any positive results. Treat others as you would want them to treat you.

Know your fellow legion mates. Introduce yourself. Spend time with members. Develop some type of friendship. By doing so, you'll find out how each member plays their role. This will help improve teamwork. The better we are at cooperating and managing teams, the faster we get the loot that we want.

Communicate appropriately. All you have to do is ask. If you need something or have any concerns, speak up. Send the leaders a private message if you have to. Use this site often. Check on the forums as much as you possibly can. This is the main communication site we have outside the game. Respond and give inputs to threads. Give out opinions on how to make things better.

Be open to criticism. Be careful when giving out criticism to others. Do not take criticism too seriously from others. Members may have different opinions. Learn to work out a compromise. Please do not be stubborn. Be appreciative of members who try and help you improve. Give out a thanks and a smile.

Drama is unwelcome. Whining, complaining, and other personal bits that may prove harmful to the legion are not allowed. Keep those to yourself if you can. I will do my best to keep everything fair. There will be no favoritism. No drama will be required. If you have personal problems, you may speak up. Keep the drama as low as possible. This is a game and we are here to enjoy ourselves.

Have fun and relax. This is a game; do not stress too much about it. We may not always get what we want. I admit, this can be frustrating. Instead of wasting energy stressing, we can use that energy to work harder next time. Try to keep a positive attitude and we'll all have a great time.

Rules are not concrete and may be changed as new situations occur.

There is no tyranny here. I'm too lazy to be a tyrant anyways. No favoritism. Everyone gets a fair share of rewards. Everyone's opinions will be heard.

Thank you for reading this post.

Good luck to all players out there.
