How to watch all activity in this site?

I want to receive an email alert for probably everything that goes on in this site. Sometimes when people post, I don't get a message, because it's either a new thread or I have not posted in that thread yet. How do I set it so that whenever there is new activity since my last visit, that I get an email alert?


P.S. Yeah I pretty much have most of the questions in this Q&A thread XD

I'm not sure how you'd set that up. That might be a personal option from within your profile if there is an option to do this, sorry took so long to respond.
